Gratin Daughinois recipe

I'm goig to tell you how to make a Grarin Daughinois. This recipe for four people. You will need some ingredients, potatoes, garlic, fresh cream, milk, butter, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
First, you have to prepare a oven and 4 baking dish. Pre-heat the oven to 160 degrees, and butter up the baking dish. This dish is heat-resistant type.
Next, prepare potatoes. Peel and rinse 1 kg potatoes, medium or small size potatoes. Then, cut the potatoes 3mm thick slices. After, soak the potatoes in cold water in a bowl for a minute and drain into a colander.
After you've prepared potatoes, you have to prepare other ingredients, too. First chop a clove of garlic into five pieces. Next combine milk and fresh cream. Each oh them is 300cc.
Next,put all ingredients and make layer in the baking dish. First you put potatoes and garlic pieces in the bottom. Next,you put combined milk and fresh cream on the potatoes. Then,sprinkle a half of tea spoon nutmeg, a little pepper and salt on it. After,put cut 20g on all things.
Next, you have to do is baking. Bake the dish in the oven for an hour and half carefully, until the surface become brown. Don't burn it black. If you want cheese, you can put some pieces of cheese on the dish before you put the dish into the oven.
Next, let it cool. It passed 1 hour and half, you took out the dish and leave it 5 minutes. It gets cool down, you prepare 4 small plates. Then serve the gratin on each plates. It's ready to eat.

I told this recipe in my speeking class today. This gratin is French. If you have free time, I recommend make it.

My Summer vacation plan

I'll talk about my summer vacation plan. I'm going to go MInnesota in this summer with KGU student and teacher. So I study hard English conversation. I'll went to America for the first time, I have hopes and fear. I don't know about my host family yet. I want to know about them early.I want them to teach about Japan. I'll bring a lot of Japanese souvenir, but I don't know what I bring.
Also I want to watch a major baseball game if I have free time. I like baseball very much. Baseball is American national sport. I want to watch the game live.

Friday

I went to oculist because I make my contact lenses. I made my contact lenses for the first time. I have weak eyes. I tested my eyesight. I could't see small words. After that I was practice in fitting contact lenses. It was very difficult for me. Left eye was very difficult especially. I could fit my contact lenses after practice many times. After I went out there, I went to home by walk. I was very wet. I was very tired, so I took a nap. After wake up, I went to noodle restaurant with my mother. I ate meat noodle and a rice ball. It was very delicious. After that I came back home, I watch a world cup game now. The game is Brazil versus Portugal football game. It's score 0-0 yet.It is the latter part of the game. It is a very tense game. I'll watch this game until finish. World cup raise our spirits. Japan team won this morning. I was very glad to knew that. Japan team has harmony. It is very important thing for team sports.

When I was a junior high school student, I studied through woprkplace experience in a flower shop. It was very fun. I knew difficult to work at that time.

I met Shihori, Anna and Narumi,they were my high school friends. We went to Ohzu high school. We went to "MK", we ate syabu-syabu at night. We ate a lot of meet, so I was full. After that we went to the Shihori's house. We talked about our school and company. I also met her sister. She goes to elementary school. She is very cute girl. We wake up at 9 a.m. I was sleepy yet at that time. After that we had breakfast, we ate miso soup and rice. It was very delicious. After that we went to "Kurea" by Shihori's car. She was good at drive a car. It was very downpour. We ate octpus fritters after arrived there. It was very tasty. After that we bought our clothes. Those shops was having a sale. We could buy clothes cheaply. But I couldn't my clothes because I had only 2000 yen. We came back my home by Shihori's car. Thank you very much, Shihori！I had a very good time with my friends. I want to meet them again.

The rainy season

The rainy season has set in. I was caught in domnpour in the evening today. Although I had a collapsible umbrella, my boddy was very wet. I was really upset. Did you wet? I think that have to bring an umbrella during the rainy season. It is rain suddenly. I'll check the weather forecast.

New crew

I skip write my blog recently because I have no item in my daily life.
It may be an improper expression, my part-time job's bakery accepted a new crew. New crew is a woman. She is 23 years old. I told her last friday for the first time. Sfe is a very funny person. She asks me what she doesn't know about job. I thought that she is active person. I think that active is very important for job. I tought her to make a waffle. She heard well what I said, so I was glad. I thought that she is a ironside. After that we told about ourselves. she likes hot spring. She worked at hot spring before. She recommended me where she likes hot spring. I wanna go there. Also she often dig up bamboo shoots. I surprised when I heard that. I can't such do that.
She is service industry for the first time but her service is very well.
I'll do my best with my crews at my part-time job's time.

Kumamoto

Aso is one of the famous sightseeing places in Kumamoto. First of all, Aso has a big mountain, we called it "Aso Mountain". The mountain has caldera. The mountain was volcano activity. There is an Aso mountain museum. I could know about volcano there. It is an interesting museum.
It has a "Farmland". There are a lot of animals and store. Besides there is a hot spring. Also you can lodge there. There are a lot of homes, we called it "Firm village". It looks like a dome. It can stay 6 people per 1. There are various baths there, for example rose bath, sea bath and mist sauna. If you go there in December, you can see a lot of beautiful illumination.
It has a monkey entertainer theater. When I was child, I saw it. I thought that monkey is clever. If you go there, you shake hands with monkey after a show.
It has a “cuddly Dominion”. If you go there, you watch animal’s shows and an animal race. You can watch a chimpanzee performing on the stage. The chimpanzee name is Pan. He is a very popular animal in Japan. He often appears on television nationally. He is very clever and cute. If you go to Cuddly Dominion, you can see him. Also you ate local foods of Aso. Besides you can buy the local souvenir. It is a lot of fun.

I’m going to write about myself.

I am 19 years old. My birthday is January, 25. I was born in Fukuoka. I live in Kikuyo, Kumamoto now. Kikuyo is a convenient town because there are some supermarkets. I can buy various things those stores. I have 5 family, my grand father, my mother, older sister, and older brother. I live with my paternal grandfather, my mother and brother. My sister lives in Fukuoka by herself.

I have a part-time job now. I’m working part-time as a clerk in a bakery.

I’m going to write about school. I’m a university student. I go to Kumamoto Gakuen University. I am majoring in English. I go there by the train .

I’m going to write about music. My favorite singers are Avril Lavigne and Simple plan. When I listen to their songs on TV for the first time, I like them. Their songs make me happy. Also I like to play guitar. I belonged to the music club when I was a high school student.

I’m going to write about sport. I like to watch a baseball game. I’m interested in Japanese professional baseball. My favorite team is Chiba Lotte Marines because I like a pitcher of the team. Also I like to play soft tennis. I belonged to the soft tennis club when I was a junior high school student. It was so hard, but I learned a lot of things. I had a lot of friends at that time.

Finally, I’m going to write about food. I like western food, for example, hamburger steak, gratin and French fries. Also I hate fish and shellfish. For example, shrimp and cuttlefish. My weekend

I had part-time job last weekend. I'm working part-time as a clerk in a bakery in Hikarinomori. My part-time job's s store is very busy. Especially, weekend is always very busy. Most customers are family or homemaker. I had to cashier, washed tray and cleaned store. In the evening, I had to cashier only me. Other crews did not help me. I was annoyed. But new employee helped me after his job. I was very glad to him helped me. I was very tired, but I had a good experience there. I went to Joyful with my friends during lunch break. I ate a lot of foods, so I was full. I talked with my friends for 2 hours. We talked about our school, part-time job and more. After that I came back school, I took a class. I studied modern Japanese history. I wrote a report about Yukichi Fukuzawa. He went to Europe and America between the last year days of the Tokugawa Shogunate and Meizi period. He learned about politics and culture and more of the West. I respect him because he intrested in overseas at the period. If I live at the period, I wouldn't think so.
I used the British national corpus in PC room after the class. So I had a report about English corpus. I think that the English corpus is very useful！It can research in English example. But it can use only university. If I'm free, I wanna use English corpus more. I want to know about English.
After I came back home, I took a nap. I'm very sleepy recently. I don't know why. Tomorow is holiday！I want to sleep well. I have part-time job tomorrow. I'll do my best. See you.

Sleepy

I had a short test during first class. The first class is English learn introduction. The class is very difficult but also the class is interesting. The next class was overseas introduction. I took a lot of pictures of university because I'll show my host family those pictures. I want to introduction about my school days. I went to library, main gate and university convenience store to take pictures. After that I had lunch with my friends. I had good time then. After noon, I took 2 class.
